These terms describe using ReelSpeak for language learning. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact us if you need clarification before making a purchase.
1. The service
ReelSpeak turns supported video, audio, text and images into language-learning materials, including bilingual lessons, playback tools, saved sentences and vocabulary. Availability and limits depend on the feature and the account’s displayed permissions.
2. Your content and AI results
You retain ownership of content you submit. You must have the rights needed to upload, process and share that content. You permit ReelSpeak and the service providers needed for the selected feature to process it to provide the service. Do not submit unlawful content or infringe another person’s rights.
AI-generated transcription, translation, explanations and other results can contain errors. Review them before relying on or sharing them. ReelSpeak does not guarantee that a learning result is accurate or that you will achieve a particular proficiency.
3. Accounts and responsible use
An account is required for account-linked saving and payment. Keep your sign-in information secure and tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Do not attempt to bypass permissions, Credits charges or security controls, misuse shared links, disrupt the service, or automate abusive use. We may restrict access when necessary to address security, unlawful content or abuse.
4. Credits, membership, prices and payments
Credits are used for displayed processing features. Feature limits, membership benefits and Credits charges are shown in the service. Confirm the currency, price, taxes where applicable, billing period and deliverables before paying. A one-time Credits package is a single purchase and is not a subscription.
A monthly Plus membership renews automatically each billing period until it is cancelled. Each successful paid period grants the membership benefits and the number of Credits displayed at checkout for that period. Cancelling stops future renewal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Any prepaid membership is charged once and grants its displayed term and Credits once.
Payments are processed only through the payment methods displayed at the time of purchase. The applicable provider may handle payment authorization or refunds under its own terms. ReelSpeak remains responsible for product support and delivery. See our Refund Policy.
5. Changes and your rights
We may update features, supported providers, availability and these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated through the service or appropriate account contact where practicable. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
